We are delighted to hear from Dr. Christopher Buttigieg, Chief Officer for Strategy, Policy and Innovation at the Malta Financial Services Authority; and Ms. Clare Farrugia, Head of Strategy and Policy at the MSFA. 

Dr. Buttigieg was appointed Chief Officer for Strategy, Policy and Innovation after 4 years heading the Securities & Markets Supervision. During his tenure as Head of Securities and Markets supervision, Dr Buttigieg was responsible for work in the field of policy, regulation and supervision of securities, markets and FinTech.

 

Presenting also will be Ms. Clare Farrugia, Head of Strategy and Policy at the MFSA. Ms Farrugia has been responsible for transposing and implementing various pieces of European financial services legislation in the field of securities, and has participated in a number of internal working groups.

 

 

SIMA Drinks Recepetion

We are delighted to hear from Andrew Cohen-Wray at our first SIMA meeting of the 2019/2020 season, which will be taking place on 29^th October 2019.

Andrew is one of the UK's leading Mental Performance coaches, his work takes him from Olympic Stadiums to Formula One pit lanes. Andrew will share his personal mental health journey and how he now delivers high performance within businesses.

Join us on the 29th October to hear Andrew's story. 

The SIMA Annual General Meeting will take place 24th September 2019. 

The AGM will include entertainment, as well as a very few short presentations from a series of charities. Our esteemed members will have the opportunity to vote on the charity which will receive the surplus funds from the 2018/2019 SIMA season.
